Housing construction in Bashkiria grew by 28,1 percent from the beginning of year

In January-February the housing construction volume in Bashkortostan grew by 28,1 percent, in comparison with the comparable indicator of 2011, the Bashkortostan Statistics Agency informs. For two months 1865 apartments were put into operation with the total area of 185,6 thousand square metres. Still the main volume is formed by individual builders: 137,5 thousand sq.m (1224 houses), plus 4,3 percent by 2012. Thus the statistics registers considerable growth of construction rates by republican enterprises and companies: if in January-February, 2012 they commissioned 13,1 thousand sq.m of habitation, then in first two months 2013 — already 48,1 thousand sq.m, that is in 3,7 times more. As a result the share of individual construction in total amount of housing construction of Bashkortostan reduced from 90,9 to 74,1 percent. In January-February in rural areas a little bit more housing was commissioned than in the urban ones: 96,2 thousand sq.m against 89,4 thousand sq.m, accordingly.

Gratuitous land plots were received by 7528 large families in Bashkortostan

In Bashkortostan 7528 large families received free of charge land plots. These are 47,2 percent from the total number of large families registered for land plots granting. Yuriy Zolotaryov, the assistant to the Plenipotentiary of the President of Russia in the Volga Federal District reported such data in Ufa.

Transportation corridor «Europe – the Western China» will help development of Volga Federal District

Construction of the international motor transportation corridor «Europe — the Western China» in the Volga Federal District (PFO) territory will promote economic development of the regions. Michael Babich, the Plenipotentiary of the President of Russia in PFO and the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Maxim Sokolov spoke about it at the meeting devoted to the preparation for the given project in Kazan. Two thirds from three thousand kilometers of total length of the Russian route of the international motor transportation corridor will pass across the Volga Federal District. The route will go over the territory of the Orenburg Region, Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Chuvashiya and the Nizhniy Novgorod Region. The complex approach at creation of the international transport route provides construction of new and reconstruction of existing parts of federal highways, arrangement of roadside service objects, terminal-logistical complexes construction. As Michael Babich underlined thanks to the international highway in Volga regions new jobs would be created at construction of the road and its service, it would increase goods and cargo turnover, tourist industry would be developed. Revenues to the regional budgets will increase also.

Bashkortostan farms purchased more than 20 thousand tons of elite seeds of spring crops and grain legumes for the spring sowing, or 46 percent from the planned.

Organising committee session took place in the Government RB on preparation to the International Summits to be held in Ufa

On March 14, the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov spent a session of the Republican Organising Committee on preparation for the Council of Heads of states SCO members (Shanghai Cooperation Organisation) and the meeting of Heads of the BRICS states and governments (Brazil, Russia, India, China, the republic of South Africa) which will be carried out in Ufa in 2015.

Centres of tax documents processing will be created in Russia by the example of Ufa

In Russia 11 inter-regional centres on tax documents processing will be created and the first of them already works in Ufa since 2012. Besides Bashkortostan, the Federal State Institution (FKU) "Tax-service" branch FNS of Russia in RB serves Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan, Omsk Regions, and also the Perm Territory and the Khanty-Mansijsk Autonomous District.

Two-month declaration campaign will bring to the Bashkiria budget 38,7 million rbl. additionally

Following the results of two months of declaration campaign the Bashkortostan budget will receive 38,7 million rbl. additionally. One and a half thousand declarations with tax surcharge to the budget were registered by tax bodies of Bashkortostan in the course of declaration campaign-2013 as of the beginning of March. It is by 12 percent more than for same period of 2012. According to the Federal Tax Service Directorate (UFNS) press-service, the declared amount of tax additionally payable made 38,7 million rbl. (by 6 million more than the year before).

JSOC Bashneft plans to increase oil production to 220 thousand tons in the Orenburg Region

JSOC Bashneft and the Administration of the Orenburg Region have signed an Agreement for economic and social development till 2016 on Thursday. It aims at creating favorable conditions for economic and social development of the Region. The Agreement was signed by JSOC Bashneft President Alexander Korsik and Orenburg Region Governor Yuri Berg.

President of Bashkortostan: «Trans-Urals Program Development is implemented at insufficient rates»

The medium-term complex program of Trans-Urals economic development is implemented at insufficiently high rates, Rustem Khamitov, the President of Bashkortostan considers. Now almost 334 thousand people lives in Trans-Urals, or 8,2 percent from the population of Bashkortostan. The region area occupies about 28 percent from the whole territory of the republic. In comparison with other regions of the republic, Trans-Urals has the isolated location, considerably differing on natural climatic conditions, economical structure, and also engineering and transport infrastructure. Weak development and limited branch structure of the industry in the Bashkir Trans-Urals cause lack of jobs, low occupation level, especially among women, and mass outflow of inhabitants to other regions. Meanwhile, thanks to the taken measures, for the last two years it was created more than 2500 new working positions in Trans-Urals. Nevertheless, except for Sibay, the rate of unemployment in Trans-Urals areas is still higher than on average across the republic.
